About The Position
Autism Center of Excellence is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a part-time ABA therapy opportunity in Virginia Beach, VA 23462. We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and energetic RBT to support a client through a combination of in-home and clinic-based ABA services. This is an excellent opportunity for an RBT seeking a consistent after-school schedule, supportive leadership, and opportunities for professional growth.
Requirements
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
- Prior ABA or child-related experience required
- Must be comfortable working in both home and clinic settings
- Reliable transportation required
- Strong communication and professionalism required
- Must be dependable, patient, and team-oriented
- Passion for working with children with autism and developmental needs
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
- Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies
- Collect and record session data accurately
- Support development of communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
- Maintain a safe, engaging, and professional therapy environment
- Collaborate with supervisors regarding client progress and treatment implementation
