Registered Behavior Technician
About The Position

Patience, empathy, adaptability, and strong communication are at the heart of this role. Prior RBT certification isn't required at the time of hire. If you bring the right qualities and a willingness to learn, training and support are available to help you work toward certification.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to successfully complete required background screening
- Willingness to obtain required RBT and CPR certifications, as well as crisis training
Nice To Haves
- Prior RBT certification isn't required at the time of hire.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one support to children with developmental, behavioral, or learning needs
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
- Use ABA strategies to support behavioral, social, emotional, and developmental growth
- Observe, track, and document client progress
- Communicate and collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other members of the therapy team
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
- Help create a positive, structured, and supportive environment where children can learn and grow
