About The Position
Rush Kids is looking to hire a registered behavior technician (RBT) to join our pediatric team in Libertyville. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a board certified behavior analyst (BCBA)/case manager and provide 1:1 support to children with an autism diagnosis. As a BT with us, you'll have the chance to advance in your career. Students working towards a RBT and/or Master’s in ABA are encouraged to apply.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Registered behavior technician (RBT) certification
- CPR certification

- Students working towards a RBT and/or Master’s in ABA
Responsibilities
- Work 1:1 with children with an autism diagnosis in their homes and our centers
- Implement ABA programs and behavior intervention plans directed and supervised by a BCBA
- Collect, record and document data based on observable patient behavior and communicate their progress to parents and team members
- Some travel may be required
