Thrive Autism Services is a specialty agency for children with autism spectrum disorder, offering both in-clinic and in-home services. They service clients with behavior, cognitive, and developmental needs from 18 months into adulthood, providing caring ABA therapy centered around the client’s voice and experience. Their mission is to create a healthy and safe environment for all individuals living with Autism to learn, grow and THRIVE, making a difference in a person’s life each day. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will provide services to children with a range of cognitive, behavioral, and developmental disorders/diagnoses. You will work directly with board certified behavior analysts (BCBAs) to deliver and implement behavioral intervention and skill acquisition programming. Responsibilities include collecting data, managing problem behaviors, and receiving training in all areas of direct service delivery. You will primarily serve an instructional role, teaching in areas such as social skills, adaptive skills, functional communication, emotional and behavioral regulation, and independent self-care skills. The preferred candidate will be passionate about working with children on the autism spectrum.
