About The Position
Apara Autism Centers is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician (BT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism. The role involves implementing treatment plans developed by a BCBA, tracking progress, and supporting families. The position is full-time, located at the Sugar Land Center, and operates Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Apara Autism Centers is committed to making meaningful improvements in the lives of those they serve by helping children with autism reach their fullest potential.
Requirements
- High school diploma (Bachelor’s in related field preferred).
- Experience working with kids.
- Reliable transportation & driver’s license.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism.
- Implement treatment plans from a BCBA.
