About The Position
ABLE Kids is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for a full-time position. This role focuses on making a difference in the lives of children ages 2-6 through 1-on-1 ABA therapy. The position involves teaching life-changing skills, building confidence and independence, celebrating progress, and supporting families. The work environment is described as positive and team-driven. ABLE Kids offers training and covers the cost of RBT certification for those who are willing to learn.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED (college a plus)
- Positive, reliable, and caring personality
- Passion for helping children grow and succeed
- Willing to complete CPR training & pass background check
- Ready to earn (or already have) your RBT certification—we’ve got you covered!
