Requirements

Are interested in ABA, psychology, child development, education, speech-language pathology, social work, or related helping professions.
Can serve families throughout North Austin and surrounding communities.

Responsibilities

Implement individualized ABA therapy programs under the supervision of a BCBA.
Deliver engaging, play-based, and child-led therapy sessions.
Teach communication, social, adaptive, daily living, and behavioral skills.
Collect accurate and timely session data.
Support behavior reduction and skill acquisition goals using evidence-based strategies.
Build positive relationships with clients and families.
Collaborate with BCBAs, speech therapists, and other interdisciplinary team members.
Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
Help create a fun, supportive, and motivating environment where children can thrive.
