About The Position

Eyas Landing, a leading therapeutic clinic in Chicago, IL is seeking a skilled and compassionate part-time Registered Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to join our multidisciplinary team of top therapists. This is an opportunity to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in both clinic and community settings helping each child's growth. As a Registered Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) at Eyas Landing, you will provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and families in our clinic, clients' schools and homes. You'll work with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs, supporting their cognitive, social, emotional, adaptive, and developmental growth.

Requirements

Registered Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) certification
Experience providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy
Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs
Ability to collect data on programming
Ability to implement evidence-based intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
Ability to document progress and communicate with families
