About The Position

ABA Solutions is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to support children in our Clearwater clinic setting. This position provides structured hours, consistent supervision from experienced BCBAs, and opportunities for professional growth within a collaborative team environment. This role includes regular supervision and support to ensure both client progress and continued skill development for our clinicians. ABA Solutions is a BCBA-owned organization providing applied behavior analysis services throughout the Pinellas region. Our team works together to create meaningful outcomes for the children and families we serve. RBTs benefit from accessible leadership, consistent clinical guidance, and a team culture focused on collaboration. Supervising BCBAs are actively involved in case support, training, and ongoing professional development.

Requirements

Active RBT certification in good standing with the BACB, or willingness to obtain certification
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in clinic and school environments
Reliable and professional work ethic
All positions require screening through the Clearinghouse.

Nice To Haves

Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children and adolescents in clinic and school environments
Implement individualized treatment plans developed by supervising BCBAs
Collect and record accurate session data
Support development of communication, social, and adaptive skills
Collaborate with teachers, caregivers, and clinical supervisors
Maintain documentation according to clinical and funding requirements
