Registered Behavior Technician (BT/RBT)
About The Position
Peak Era ABA Wellness LLC, a Finni Health company, is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide individualized ABA therapy to children. The role involves working one-on-one with children in their homes, clinics, or community settings and applying behavior-analytic techniques under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The position is part-time, in person in Ogden, Utah, with weekday evening hours. Pay is $20–$24 per hour, depending on experience. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and pass a background check and other compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Active RBT certification through the BACB.
- Experience working with children; experience in ABA or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, reliability, and professionalism.
- A compassionate and patient approach to care.
- Ability to pass background checks and meet other compliance requirements.
- At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children in home, clinic, or community settings.
