About The Position

ABLE Kids is hiring compassionate, energetic individuals to work one-on-one with children ages 2–6 diagnosed with autism. No ABA experience? No problem, we provide paid training and cover the cost of your RBT certification. At ABLE Kids, you're more than an employee—you are part of a team changing lives every day.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable, positive, and compassionate attitude
• Passion for working with children
• Ability to pass a background check
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification (we'll help!)

Nice To Haves

• No ABA experience? No problem, we provide paid training and cover the cost of your RBT certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children ages 2–6
• Teach communication, play, social, and daily living skills
• Help children gain confidence and independence
• Collaborate with a supportive clinical team
