About The Position

Galliant is hiring certified Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for our Grand Prairie center. This role involves working one-on-one with children with Autism in a clinic setting. The position offers a consistent center-based schedule with no evening or weekend requirements, eliminating the need for in-home driving. The role provides direct clinical mentorship from BCBAs and structured semi-annual growth evaluations. Galliant is BCBA-D owned and operated, prioritizing employee support, continuous learning, and neurodiversity-affirming care.

Requirements

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing with the BACB.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to get to and from the clinic daily.
Must be able to sit, stand, transition quickly, bend, kneel, crouch, and move or run quickly when necessary to engage at a child's level and maintain strict safety protocols.

Responsibilities

Run individualized procedures designed to reduce challenging behaviors, enhance functional daily living skills, and improve functional communication.
Support the acceptance of neurodiversity, provide compassionate, assent-based care, and truly prioritize the wants and needs of your clients.
Use a tablet to collect session data and write clear, objective daily progress notes.
