Full Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
About The Position
ABA Support Services is seeking compassionate and motivated Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join their team. This role involves working directly with children to help them develop skills and achieve individualized goals. The position requires implementing treatment plans under clinical guidance, collecting data, collaborating with supervisors, and providing one-on-one behavioral support in various settings like homes, schools, clinics, and the community. The company offers opportunities for professional growth, including assistance in obtaining RBT certification and free BCBA supervision for eligible employees pursuing BCBA certification.
Requirements
- Backgrounds in psychology, education, behavioral health, ABA, childcare, social services, or other related fields.
- Experienced BHTs and RBTs.
- Compassionate, dependable, eager to learn, and passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families.

Responsibilities
