About The Position

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) on our team, you’ll work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) and families to deliver high-quality, play-based ABA therapy. We focus on creating a workplace where team members feel valued, supported, and empowered each day. This role involves implementing direct ABA therapy services for assigned clients, engaging with BCBAs during regular supervision, and collecting and recording client behavioral data.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Active RBT certification required within 60 days of hire
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Competence with a variety of computer applications
• Comfortable persona to better develop relationships with children and their families

Responsibilities

• Implement direct ABA therapy services for assigned clients

• Collect and record client behavioral data and complete all required documentation accurately and on time
