Therapitas is hiring part-time Registered Behavior Technicians to work weekday afternoons in South Oklahoma City, approximately 20–25 hours per week. Flexible afternoon schedules are available, such as 12 p.m.–6 p.m. or 2 p.m.–6 p.m. The role involves working one-on-one with neurodivergent children and using play, patience, and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to teach practical skills. Technicians follow individualized programs developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), track progress, and celebrate children’s achievements. Applicants may already hold an active RBT certification or be willing to work toward certification; Therapitas provides guidance and training toward certification during onboarding. The company serves Spanish-first children across Oklahoma through culturally and linguistically appropriate care. Its ABA team collaborates with speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, and physical therapists. Bilingual ability is a plus but is not required.
