Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required (college coursework preferred)
- Positive, dependable, and compassionate attitude
- Passion for working with children
- Ability to pass a background check and complete CPR training
- Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification (training provided)

Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children ages 2–6 by: Teaching communication, social, play, and daily living skills, Encouraging independence and confidence, Tracking progress and celebrating milestones, Partnering with families and clinical teams, Creating a positive, engaging learning environment
