About The Position

At Action Behavior Centers (ABC), we are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. In this role, you will follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple session data, help children learn through play and various activities, and stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions. You will also maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment, collaborate with a supportive team, and have the opportunity to grow your career within the company. Requirements

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
At least 18 years old
High school diploma
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently
Able to maintain an active pace while working with young children
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
