RBT - Registered Behavior Technician (Central Florida - Multiple Locations)
About The Position
At Camen Behavioral Services, we help children build the skills they need to communicate, connect, and succeed in their everyday lives. From first words to independent routines, you’ll be part of the moments that change everything. We’re currently hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) across Central Florida, including: Orange, Seminole, Volusia, Osceola, Lake, and Polk Counties This is an active, hands-on role where connection and creativity matter. Some days are high energy. Some days require patience. Every day brings growth — for your clients and for you. Serving Central Florida since 2015, we are proud to be a trusted provider of ABA therapy. We partner with organizations such as: → Autism Society of Greater Orlando → Autism Speaks → Nathaniel’s Hope We are also a practicum site for: → University of South Florida → Rollins College → Florida Institute of Technology We partner with over 11 graduate schools and universities to provide practicum placements and professional growth opportunities.
Requirements
- RBT Certification (or Interested in Becoming Certified)
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Comfortable sitting, standing, and actively engaging with children
Responsibilities
- Work one-on-one with children through play-based, engaging sessions
- Turn everyday moments into learning opportunities
- Help children build communication, social, and life skills
- Support positive behaviors using ABA strategies
- Track progress and celebrate meaningful wins
- Build strong relationships with clients and families
