About The Position
In-Home Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician (BT) for Apara Autism Centers in Houston, TX. This full-time position involves providing 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in their homes. The role requires a high degree of independence, reliability, and the ability to travel between clients. Apara Autism Centers is committed to making meaningful improvements in the lives of those they serve by helping children with autism reach their fullest potential.
Requirements
- High school diploma (Bachelor’s in related field preferred).
- Experience working with kids.
- Reliable transportation & driver’s license.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in spoken and written English to implement treatment plans, complete documentation, and communicate with caregiver and supervisors.
