About The Position
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with autism? At Finni Health, we’re on a mission to provide life-changing ABA care — and we’re looking for compassionate, dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team! As an RBT, you’ll work side-by-side with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), delivering personalized ABA therapy that helps children build new skills, grow in confidence, and achieve meaningful milestones.
Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with children (especially those with special needs)
- A passion for helping others grow and succeed
- Reliable transportation
- Experience in Early Intervention
- Active CPR certification
- Active RBT certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable sitting, kneeling, squatting, or standing for extended periods
- Background check required
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one behavior intervention services in daycare and in-home settings
- Collect and record data on child's progress
- Collaborate closely with families and your BCBA supervisor
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training opportunities
