Apollo Behavior is a Behavioral Health Center of Excellence seeking aspiring RBTs and experienced behavior therapists/RBTs to join our team in Austell, Georgia. Our therapists work with children with autism, helping them achieve their full potential through our center-focused applied behavior analysis program in the metro Atlanta area. We are committed to providing excellent clinical work and fostering a positive work environment. We offer low billable hour requirements for BCBAs and manageable caseloads. Our RBTs are well-compensated and receive ongoing training. We cultivate a fun, collaborative, non-bureaucratic culture that supports a healthy work-life balance. All therapists become RBTs within 2-4 weeks. As an RBT, you will provide one-on-one therapy based on applied behavior principles to children with autism, primarily in a clinic setting. This role is ideal for individuals seeking a meaningful career, wanting to help children with autism, learn from experienced clinicians, be part of a positive culture, and maintain work-life balance.
