About The Position

The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) will provide 1:1, play-based ABA therapy to children with autism in our clinic. This role involves implementing treatment plans designed by an on-site BCBA, collecting session data, and sharing progress with families. The position is full-time, clinic-based, with a daytime schedule of Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm, and offers paid training and opportunities for growth.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation
• Effective spoken and written English for treatment, documentation, and communication with caregivers and supervisors

Nice To Haves

• A Bachelor's in a related field is a plus
• Experience with kids is preferred but not required. Teachers, nannies, childcare workers, and camp counselors are encouraged to apply.
• Spanish is a plus
