We’re currently hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) across Central Florida, including: Orange, Seminole, Volusia, Osceola, Lake, and Polk Counties. Service settings include: In-home, school-based, and clinic environments.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must successfully pass a criminal background check.

Nice To Haves

• RBT Certification (or Interested in Becoming Certified)
• If your RBT certification under the 2nd Edition was not completed by December 31, 2025, you will need to transition to the BACB 3rd Edition standards, including completion of the updated 40-hour training program.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children through play-based, engaging sessions
• Turn everyday moments into learning opportunities
• Help children build communication, social, and life skills
• Support positive behaviors using ABA strategies
• Track progress and celebrate meaningful wins
• Build strong relationships with clients and families
