About The Position

The Autism Center of Excellence is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy services to a pediatric client in Durham, NC (27704). This role is ideal for an RBT who values a consistent weekday schedule, strong clinical support, and the opportunity to work one-on-one with a client in a home setting.

Requirements

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience providing ABA therapy preferred
• Reliable transportation required
• Professional, dependable, and compassionate
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to pass required background checks

Nice To Haves

• Experience providing ABA therapy preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in a home-based setting
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
• Collect and record behavioral data accurately
• Follow behavior intervention and safety plans
• Collaborate with supervising clinicians and caregivers
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
