Center Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
About The Position
Propel Autism is looking for fun, engaging RBTs who are excited about making a difference in the lives of children with autism. If you are a Registered Behavior Technician looking for a company committed to providing supportive, in-person supervision from BCBAs who are invested in your growth and development, we’d love to hear from you! As a Center-Based RBT, you will provide one-on-one therapy focused on skill acquisition to a child in the Propel clinic. You will accompany your client throughout their day, capturing and contriving learning opportunities in the natural environment. You will collaboratively scaffold your client’s social interactions with their peers and participation in group activities in the clinic. You will prioritize pairing daily, using play and engagement to build a strong relationship with your client. You will keep your client’s dignity and assent at the forefront of all interactions. You will take accurate data and write detailed session notes that are submitted the same day services are delivered.
Requirements
- An RBT certification through the BACB (bacb.com).
- A high school diploma at minimum; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Ability to pass a Propel-administered background check.
- An active driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
