Requirements

• Certified RBT
• Compassionate and patient

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy for children with autism
• Help clients build communication, social, and daily living skills
• Collaborate with BCBAs and families
• Celebrate progress—big and small
• Create fun, engaging therapy sessions that make a difference
