About The Position

At Westside, we believe therapy should be fun, engaging, and life-changing. As a Project Hope Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you’ll bring high-quality, play-based ABA Therapy to families during weekday evenings and Saturday hours – working closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to make a real difference.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification with the BACB upon start
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Competence with a variety of computer applications
• A friendly, engaging personality with strong ability to connect with children and their families
• Comfort working independently with minimal supervision during assigned hours

Responsibilities

• Implement direct ABA therapy services for assigned clients for your assigned caseload, following programming written by a BCBA
• Engage with BCBA during regular supervision sessions to ask questions and receive feedback
• Collect and record client behavioral data and complete all required documentation accurately and on time
• Build strong, trusting relationships with the children on your caseload and make every session a fun experience
