Registered Behavior Technician | In School RBT
About The Position
The Treetop (By Discovery ABA) is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to provide individualized ABA therapy to children in home or clinic settings. RBTs work one-on-one with children under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), supporting development in communication, behavioral, social, and daily living skills. The Treetop provides evidence-based ABA services to children ages 2–18 in home, clinic, and community settings, with a focus on individualized care, collaboration, and clinical excellence. The position offers paid training, clinical support, and opportunities for professional growth and advancement.
Requirements
- Active RBT certification or completion of a 40-hour RBT training course.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Experience working with children of varying ages and abilities.
Nice To Haves
- TRICARE certification.
- CPR/BLS certification, or willingness to obtain it.
Responsibilities
- Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions in clients’ homes or clinic settings.
- Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs.
- Collect and record session data accurately using electronic medical records (EMR).
- Collaborate with caregivers and families to support treatment goals.
- Maintain regular communication with supervising BCBAs and clinical staff.
- Support positive behavior change through evidence-based ABA strategies.
