About The Position

Alora Behavioral Health is seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide individualized ABA therapy to children and adolescents in Bennett, CO. Requirements

• Active RBT certification – Required
• High school diploma or GED – Required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel to client homes throughout the Aurora area
• Comfortable working actively and 1:1 with children and adolescents
• Dependable, compassionate, and committed to providing quality care

Responsibilities

• Providing 1:1 ABA therapy in home and community-based settings
• Implementing individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Teaching communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
• Collecting and documenting data to track client progress
• Collaborating with BCBAs, families, and other members of the clinical team
• Supporting clients through engaging, developmentally appropriate activities
