About The Position

Level Ahead is growing and seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join a supportive, team-focused environment. RBTs will work 1:1 with children with autism in home and community settings, implement ABA programs, track progress, and communicate regularly with their BCBA and team. Requirements

• RBT certification, or willingness to complete certification (we’ll guide you)
• Experience working with children or in ABA is a plus
• Reliable transportation
• Professional, dependable, and compassionate

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism in home and community settings
• Implement ABA programs designed by a BCBA
• Take session notes and track progress using our data system
• Communicate with your BCBA and team regularly
• Build strong, positive relationships with clients and families
