About The Position
CritiCare is seeking a full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 care to students throughout the school year. This position is based in a classroom setting and operates Monday through Friday during daytime hours. CritiCare was voted one of Philadelphia Business Journal's Best Places to Work in 2024.
Requirements
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
- Experience working with students.
- Ability to collect and record data accurately.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 care to students in a classroom setting.
- Implement behavior intervention plans.
- Collect data on student progress.
- Collaborate with teachers and other school staff.
