About The Position

We are seeking a passionate Registered Behavior Technician to join our growing pediatric team. You'll work alongside a multidisciplinary team providing comprehensive pediatric rehabilitation services in a supportive and engaging environment. Our clinics offer physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, applied behavior analysis (ABA), music therapy, feeding therapy, and social skills programming, allowing clinicians to collaborate across specialties and provide exceptional patient-centered care.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfort working one-on-one with children with autism
- Commitment to compassionate, ethical ABA services
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide direct ABA therapy to children in accordance with individualized behavior plans
- Implement skill acquisition programs and behavior reduction strategies
- Collect and record data accurately during therapy sessions
- Communicate regularly with supervising BCBA regarding progress and observations
- Partner with families to encourage skill generalization
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards
- Contribute to a positive, team-based clinical environment
