About The Position

Galliant is hiring certified Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for our new Bedford center. This is a center-based role where RBTs work one-on-one with children with Autism in a clinic setting. The position offers a consistent center-based schedule with no evening or weekend requirements, working a predictable daytime routine from 8:00 AM to 4:15 PM, Monday through Friday (with occasional team meetings extending to 5:00 PM). There is zero in-home driving, meaning no unpaid travel time or wear-and-tear on personal vehicles. The role provides direct clinical mentorship for supervision hours and skill advancement, working closely with accessible BCBAs. Structured semi-annual growth includes performance and compensation evaluations every 6 months. Requirements

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing with the BACB.
Passionate about neurodiversity-affirming care, dedicated to patient success, and thrive in a collaborative, team-focused clinical setting.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to get to and from the clinic daily.
Able to sit, stand, transition quickly, bend, kneel, crouch, and move or run quickly when necessary to engage at a child's level and maintain strict safety protocols.

Responsibilities

Run individualized procedures designed to reduce challenging behaviors, enhance functional daily living skills, and improve functional communication.
Support the acceptance of neurodiversity, provide compassionate, assent-based care, and truly prioritize the wants and needs of your clients.
Use a tablet to collect session data and write clear, objective daily progress notes.
