About The Position

Southwest Autism Center of Excellence is hiring full-time Behavior Technicians to support individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder of all ages across multiple programs and settings located in North Phoenix, Mesa, and Central Phoenix. If you’re looking for guaranteed hours, hands-on experience, and a career with purpose, this is the role for you. Placements are based on program needs and staff interest and may include adult day treatment and community-based programs, adult residential programs, in-home ABA services, school-based services, and community and clinic-based programs.

Requirements

  • 21 years of age or older
  • High School Diploma/GED plus 2 years of relevant behavioral health experience
  • Valid AZ driver’s license and Motor Vehicle clearance
  • Ability to obtain a Fingerprint Clearance Card

Responsibilities

  • Implement individualized behavior and treatment plans
  • Support communication, social, daily living, and independent skills
  • Facilitate one-on-one and group sessions
  • Participate in community outings
  • Collect data and collaborate with the clinical team
