About The Position

Action Behavior Centers (ABC) is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). In this role, you will work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 8 years, utilizing play-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. You will follow personalized treatment plans, collect session data, and help children learn through engaging activities like play, movement, reading, and games. Maintaining an active pace, a clean and safe therapy environment, and collaborating with a supportive team are key aspects of this position. ABC offers significant growth opportunities, including advancement to leadership roles, Clinical Administrator positions, and pathways to becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through our Everest Program. Requirements

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification required.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently.
• Able to maintain an active pace while working with young children.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Occasionally support a nearby ABC clinic if additional coverage is needed.
