Abilities is looking for dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our supportive and dynamic team. As an RBT at Abilities, you'll collaborate closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. Your role directly enhances the lives of individuals by teaching adaptive skills, fostering independence, and reducing challenging behaviors. Requirements
- Minimum age of 21 years
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Prior experience working with individuals who have developmental disabilities
Nice To Haves
- Positive, energetic individuals passionate about ABA therapy.
- Backgrounds in education, psychology, special education, social work, or therapy are especially valued.
