RBT Daytime, Sign-On Bonus $500
About The Position
We’re hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work with BCBA-owned practices that prioritize strong supervision, realistic caseloads, and real support for clinicians. This means that you won’t be reporting into a large corporate structure – you’ll be working directly with BCBAs who own their practices and have been in your shoes. To kick things off, we’re also offering a $500 sign-on bonus! Requirements
- Active RBT Certification
- Reliable transportation to get to client’s homes
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 or older
- Ability to pass a background check
- Must be available to work M-F 8a to 11:45a & 1:45p to 4p

- College education is a plus, but not required!
Responsibilities
- Work 1:1 with children following individualized treatment plans
- Track progress and communicate with families
- Meet weekly with your BCBA for coaching and support
