About The Position
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician (BT) at the Sunset Hills Center. This is a full-time position with hours of operation Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Autism Learning Collaborative (ALC) is committed to making meaningful improvements in the lives of those they serve by helping children with autism reach their fullest potential through a supportive, compassionate, and innovative team.
Requirements
- High school diploma (Bachelor’s in related field preferred).
- Experience working with kids.
- Reliable transportation & driver’s license.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism.
- Implement treatment plans from a BCBA.
- Track progress & support families.
