About The Position
Provide individualized applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy to children in clients’ homes under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Implement treatment plans, track data, report progress, and collaborate with families and team members to support skill development and positive outcomes. The role is part-time and emphasizes a supportive, collaborative approach guided by partnership, progress, perseverance, and play.
Requirements
- Active RBT certification, or willingness to obtain it.
- Compassion, patience, and enthusiasm for working with children.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently in a home setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized ABA therapy in a client's home under the supervision of a BCBA.
- Implement treatment plans to teach skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
- Track data and report progress to support continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with families and team members to foster growth and positive outcomes.
