About The Position
Eyas Landing is seeking a skilled and compassionate Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to join their multidisciplinary team. This role involves providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and families in clinic, school, and home settings. The technician will work with individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs, supporting their growth through individualized therapy, data collection, implementing evidence-based interventions under BCBA supervision, collaborating with other therapists and social workers, and documenting progress while communicating with families.
Requirements
- Registered Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) certification

- Experience working with children and families

Responsibilities
- Providing individualized therapy
- Collecting data on programming
- Implementing evidence-based intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
- Collaborating daily with physical, occupational and speech therapists, and social workers
- Documenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of care
