About The Position
In-Home Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician (BT) providing 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in their homes. This role requires a high degree of independence, reliability, and the ability to travel between clients. The ideal candidate is passionate about making a meaningful impact on the lives of children with autism and supporting their families.
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Experience working with kids.
- Reliable transportation & driver’s license.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in spoken and written English to implement treatment plans, complete documentation, and communicate with caregiver and supervisors.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s in related field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism.
- Implement treatment plans from a BCBA.
- Track progress & support families.
