About The Position
The Treetop is hiring In-Clinic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in Mesa, AZ. This role is for compassionate, dedicated professionals who want to make a difference in the lives of children with autism and other developmental differences. The Treetop offers support, training, and growth opportunities for individuals beginning their journey in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or those already certified as an RBT. The position involves working 1:1 with children in a clinic setting, implementing individualized therapy plans, tracking progress, and communicating with families. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Patient, dependable, and excited about working with children.
Nice To Haves
- ABA experience is a plus.
- RBT certification is a plus, but paid training is provided to earn certification.
Responsibilities
- Work 1:1 with children with autism and other developmental differences.
- Implement individualized therapy plans designed by a supervising BCBA.
- Track progress, celebrate breakthroughs, and keep families updated on their child's progress.
