Requirements

  • Previous experience in the ABA field is required
  • Previous Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician experience
  • RBT certification required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team-oriented environment

Responsibilities

  • Implement ABA therapy programs focused on skill acquisition and behavior reduction
  • Collect and analyze data to track client progress and inform treatment plans
  • Work with caregivers and team members to ensure consistent therapy implementation
  • Participate in supervision and ongoing training provided by BCBAs
  • Ensure a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for clients during therapy sessions
  • Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain confidentiality in all interactions
