About The Position
We are looking for a Behavior Technician who is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) and holds professional liability insurance. The ideal candidate will have experience in psychology, education, social work, behavioral science, human development, or related fields. Responsibilities include establishing and maintaining therapeutic relationships with clients, prompting safe and socially acceptable behaviors, collecting behavior data, following treatment plans, collaborating with families and treatment team members, educating parents on reinforcement and early intervention, and reassessing as needed.
