About The Position

Autism Center of Excellence is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy services for a client in Durham, NC 27704. We are seeking a compassionate and dependable RBT who is passionate about helping children with autism build independence and achieve meaningful progress through evidence-based therapy.

Requirements

• Active RBT certification required
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior ABA or child-related experience required
• Reliable transportation required
• Must be comfortable providing services in-home
• Strong communication and professionalism required
• Passion for working with children with autism and developmental needs

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the client’s home
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Collect and record session data accurately
• Maintain professional communication with caregivers and supervisors
• Support client skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals
• Ensure therapy environment remains safe, positive, and engaging
