The Behavior Intervention Specialist is a district-wide position that supports students, by addressing social, emotional, and behavioral needs to promote student success. This role collaborates with staff to implement evidence-based behavior supports and interventions, while prioritizing student dignity, inclusion, and reducing the use of isolation and restraint. May support general education and special education students in PK-12 settings and transitional programs.
