About The Position

Autism Center of Excellence is hiring a full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Richmond, VA. We are looking for compassionate, dependable, and motivated RBTs who are passionate about helping children with autism build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills through high-quality ABA therapy. Requirements

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Reliable transportation required
• Strong communication and professionalism required
• Must be dependable, patient, and compassionate
• Ability to pass required background checks

Nice To Haves

• Experience providing ABA therapy preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in a clinic setting
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
• Collect and record behavioral data accurately
• Follow behavior intervention and safety plans
• Collaborate with supervising clinicians and caregivers
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Help create a positive, safe, and engaging therapy environment for clients
