About The Position
Behavioral Framework is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for a full-time position with a stable, predictable schedule at our flagship clinic in Rockville, MD. This role offers a meaningful impact in children's lives while enjoying a full-time role with a condensed, nurse-style schedule. We are a mission-driven ABA provider dedicated to empowering children and families through compassionate, individualized therapy. Requirements
- Experience working with children with special needs
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Access to a smartphone and comfort using Zoom and email
- Reliable transportation required
- Physically able to engage in active therapy (kneeling, standing, sitting, crouching)
- Ability to receive detailed information through oral and written communication
- Visual acuity to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation
Responsibilities
- Provide ABA therapy in a clinic setting
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans
- Collect data, complete progress notes, and collaborate with your BCBA Supervisor
- Support children in building meaningful life and social skills
