About The Position

Now Hiring: In-Home Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in Arizona City and the surrounding areas. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Comfortable traveling to clients' homes within your service area.
• Reliable transportation.
• Valid driver's license.
• Auto insurance.

Nice To Haves

• ABA experience is a plus.
• Patient, dependable, and excited about working with children.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism and other developmental differences, implementing individualized therapy plans designed by a supervising BCBA.
• Track progress.
• Celebrate breakthroughs (big and small).
• Keep families updated on how their child is doing.
• Conduct sessions in clients' homes.
• Work independently while staying connected with your clinical team.
