About The Position

Circle Care Services provides compassionate ABA therapy for children on the autism spectrum and supports RBTs with supervision and onboarding. In this role, you will work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA. Requirements

• Active RBT certification.
• High school diploma.
• At least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Organized and dependable, and open to feedback.
• Interest in behavioral health.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and track session data.
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior.
• Share progress with the clinical team.
